Huevos Ahogados (Drowned Eggs)
My favourite time of the day while we are on holiday in Ensenada, Mexico, is breakfast, because my sisters, my mum and I always cook a very hearty and delicious brekky every morning.

Pastel de Dátil y Nuez (Date and Walnut Loaf)
One of the things that I remember from one trip my family and I did when I was a child to Baja California Sur is the tall Palm trees in the Oasis in Mulege, where lots of dates hang down from each palm tree.
