Paletas de Sandía con Menta y Chile (Watermelon Ice Lollies with a touch of Mint & Chilli Powder)


This is a very easy and delicious recipe perfect for the summer. It is done in no time and it is a very healthy way to calm little ones thirst.

Makes 8 ice lollies

  • The flesh of 1/2 watermelon with no seeds
  • 2 mint leaves
  • Chilli powder or tajin

You will need

  • A blander
  • 8 ice lollie case


  1. Put the watermelon flesh with the two mint leaves in the blender.
  2. Blend very well and pour the liquid in the ice lollie cases.
  3. Freeze over night and just before eating sprinkle some tajin or chillie powder. Enjoy!
