This is a very easy and delicious recipe perfect for the summer. It is done in no time and it is a very healthy way to calm little ones thirst.
Makes 8 ice lollies
- The flesh of 1/2 watermelon with no seeds
- 2 mint leaves
- Chilli powder or tajin
You will need
- A blander
- 8 ice lollie case
- Put the watermelon flesh with the two mint leaves in the blender.
- Blend very well and pour the liquid in the ice lollie cases.
- Freeze over night and just before eating sprinkle some tajin or chillie powder. Enjoy!
