Salsa Cremosa Taquera

A good taco has to have a good spicy salsa to balance the flavours. In Mexico we have hundreds of different varieties of spicy salsas, but I have my favourite ones and today’s salsa is one of my super favourite salsa, because I can put it to almost everything, but it goes really well with a taco.

It is creamy because it contains oil, the flavour is unique and delicious. I hope you like these arbor chilli creamy salsa, if you do, leave me a comment.

Thanks so much. I’ve been looking for this recipe everywhere. Many Mexican grocery stores stock this in their togo section but I couldn’t find any iinfo about it until I found this. Thanks so much. I will use a variation of this at my restaurant in Chicago.

    1. Thank you Peater,
This is a lovely recipe I enjoy cooking at home.

  4. Would using broth instead of oil work for the final step?

    1. I think if you use broth it won’t be creamy. It will be more like a normal salsa.
