Mexicans are the children of the corn and Karla will take you along the journey of how to use corn dough in different ways. This is a very interesting class for those who want to learn more about how Mexicans use corn in their daily life. From making drinks to making savoury dishes or sweet desserts. On this class you will be making different types of dishes using corn.
Karla will explain you the process of nixtamalization and then she will show you how to make the perfect corn dough and teach you how to make a few Mexican dishes with it.
Karla will have refried beans, stew and spicy salsa to enjoy the corn beauties that you will do in the class.
