1 review for Baja Feast – Mexican cooking class

A brilliant afternoon with Karla learning about the foods of her culture. A very personable lesson and very interactive – perfect sized class and everything we needed was to hand. What I liked the most was coming away with an understanding of how to judge the right consistency and methods for what we were making rather than just being told how to measure ingredients and put them in a bowl. The dinner at the end was great and makes me want to return to Mexico as soon as possible. Thank you!
