Corn & Flour Tortilla Workshop
Tortillas are at the heart of Mexican cuisine, enjoyed every day and served with almost every meal. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to make two of Mexico’s most iconic staples: traditional corn tortillas and soft, freshly made flour tortillas.
You’ll discover the differences between corn and flour dough, master the techniques for mixing, shaping, and cooking each type, and gain the confidence to recreate authentic tortillas from scratch at home. Whether you’re new to Mexican cooking or looking to refine your skills, this workshop is the perfect introduction to one of Mexico’s most essential traditions.
At the end of the class, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy the tortillas we’ve made together, served with a selection of delicious accompaniments.
