WOW! I bought Karla's class for my husband's birthday as a surprise and he said it was the best class he'd ever done. He learnt how to perfect the corn tortilla and refried beans, as well as new dishes like chicken tinga. Highly recommend - we'd love to come back.

I purchased the Mole class for one, a little while after meeting the delightful Karla by chance at an event in London. Needless to say, the experience was superb. Karla is incredibly welcoming and a natural teacher. Charismatic, informative and fun. The food that we were taught to cook, was of course sensational, and it was a great insight into what can be thought of as quite a mysterious element of Mexican cuisine. Needless to say, I shall be booking with Karla again, and I would urge you to do the same.

I booked our cooking class with Karla for my husband's birthday - as a Californian, he is often searching for authentic and tasty Mexican food in London, and Karla did not disappoint! The dishes we prepared were absolutely delicious and we've already made our own prawn ceviche and tostadas at home after the class. We also purchased Karla's cookbook which has some wonderful recipes which we can't wait to try. Finally, we'll be able to have good Mexican food in London thanks to Karla's excellent teaching!
