I’m very proud to say that this is my own recipe, it is not a traditional Mexican recipe, like tamales or tacos. Sometimes when I don’t have a lot of things in the fridge or I don’t have a lot of time to cook, I tent to make recipes up and that is how my Mexican salad was created.
I started to add a little bit of this or that and listo! I call it a Mexican salad because almost all the ingredients are typical ingredients that you would use on a Mexican recipes.
So give it a try and tell me what you think of it! Feel free to avoid or add ingredients depending what you like or don’t like.
But I am almost sure you will love, because it is very healthy, fresh and full of exciting flavours. Perfect as a stater for your Mexican dinner!
