I purchased the Mole class for one, a little while after meeting the delightful Karla by chance at an event in London. Needless to say, the experience was superb. Karla is incredibly welcoming and a natural teacher. Charismatic, informative and fun. The food that we were taught to cook, was of course sensational, and it was a great insight into what can be thought of as quite a mysterious element of Mexican cuisine. Needless to say, I shall be booking with Karla again, and I would urge you to do the same.

The dishes we prepared were absolutely delicious and we've already made our own prawn ceviche and tostadas at home after the class.
